Turn-Key Design Build Project of new two-story, 11,000 square-foot annex that will physically connect the new District Office to the Investigations Branch. FDA Reconstruction will undergo a fast-track effort to get the design, permitting and construction within the established schedule of 864 days. Understanding the client’s needs and time constraints, our design-build team conceptualized an approach that:

• Provides a simple and elegant architectural solution that blends and respects the surrounding campus.
• Uses a fast-track project approach with a Full Pre-Cast Concrete Solution.
• Incorporates a cost-effective, low-impact approach for Soil Improvements.
• Implements Sustainable Design and Construction Practices to achieve as a minimum the LEED Silver certification required.
• Provides the required physical security, access control, voice, and data infrastructure.
