What our clients say

Our Culture

Our mission statement directs us to provide exceptional results via our work ethic and core values. To be able to LIVE and ENJOY our journey, with the highest level of satisfaction, we constantly maintain focus by developing our Culture and Way of Being. The following concepts establish our Management and Cultural approach for Team Building:

Plan – Execute – Verify

  • At every moment we are Planning work, Executing work,  or Verifying work.
  • Many people have the knowledge, but excellence comes from balancing and managing time to make sure we “Plan–Execute–Verify” properly. Leaving just 1 of these ingredients out of the recipe can ruin the mix/formula.

Initiative – Execute – Responsibility

  • Today’s challenging and constantly changing world demands being able to adapt quickly. Division 16 promotes communication initiatives to bring solutions to the table quickly. Refining our execution plan, along with new ideas, is what helps us execute effectively, resulting in the fulfillment of our responsibilities.
  • EVERYONE, from field workers to supervisors, project managers, and office support staff, must ENGAGE; and as a team, everyone must maintain channels of COMMUNICATION open.

Plan – Prepare – Perform

  • We can’t say enough about the importance of Planning… to then Preparing your work… to then be able to Perform successfully. Planning with attention to detail and engaging the team is what creates efficiency.
  • The top people always do what is expected… “and then some”
  • At Division 16 we go the extra mile to “Plan-Prepare-Perform” and reach our standards, and this repeatedly leaves us with very satisfied clients and a happy Division 16 family.
