DHS Customs & Border Protection Projects

 

  • DHS-CBP Ramey – Roofing

 

  • CBP CAMOC – New HVAC System

 

  • DHS-CBP Ramey UPS – Supply and Install a new 200KW Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with an Isolated Bypass for Building 722 and 723. Battery Capacity – 8 Mins @ 200KW. The proposed UPS size (200KW) is contingent on confirmation based on a load study to be performed as part of this proposal. This load study will be conducted for one month to gather the power demand of the electrical load and thus confirm the required UPS capacity. Modify existing power distribution to incorporate the new UPS between the existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) – Normal Feeder and the existing Main Distribution Panel (MDP)

 

  • DHS-CBP Ramey Intel – Remodel offices in the Ramey HQ building and the old generator building to convert it into a UPS and Storage Rooms. Supply and install a new 10,000-gallon UL-142 diesel fuel tank for the existing emergency generator, and relocate the 2,500-gallon diesel fuel tank that will be used as a day tank. Concrete Pads for both Tanks, and a diesel fuel piping system with a transfer pump.

 

  • DHS-CBP RAMEY Sector Vehicle Awnings – Shall provide hurricane-resistant vehicle awnings to the Station’s Supervisors, Headquarters’ Management Parking, and Chief Parking

 

  • DHS-CBP RAMEY Canopy and Lobby Repairs – Provide a hurricane-resistant canopy (per code) approximately 16×42 in the patio area in front of the gym, and perform interior improvements at lobby area that includes; Acoustical Ceiling, Flooring, Electrical, and Paint Works.

 

  • DHC-CBP Mayagüez Satellite Laboratory – Provide a New Laboratory in accordance with the Program of Requirements (POR) submitted by CBP requirements
